• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and client meetings.
• Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff as needed.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to sales tactics.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
• Proficiency in MS Office .
• Very good in French
