Define, lead, and deploy NPG’s overall digital strategy across Africa, ensuring:

Creative, innovative, and high-performance content creation

Strong multi-country brand consistency

Effective coordination with local marketing managers

Structuring, development, and motivation of the digital team

Performance- and data-driven management

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1. Digital Strategy

Define the global digital strategy for all brands across all countries

Adapt the strategy to local market specificities (markets, platforms, user behaviors)

Translate the digital strategy into a clear, structured, and annual action plan

Define and manage multi-country digital budgets

2. Creative & Innovative Content Creation

Ensure the production of original, modern, and distinctive content

Define brand editorial and creative guidelines

Initiate new formats (video, user-generated content, influencer marketing, digital activations)

Brief, supervise, and validate produced content (visuals, videos, animations, campaigns)

Ensure alignment between creativity, brand identity, and business objectives

3. Digital Team Management & Development

Manage, coach, and motivate the digital team

Set clear individual and collective objectives

Establish performance indicators and monitor goal achievement

Evaluate performance and support skill development

Structure and expand the digital team in line with growth and business needs

Coordinate internal teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers)

4. Multi-Country Management & Local Coordination

Oversee the brand’s digital performance across African countries

Monitor digital performance progress by country

Implement comparative reporting dashboards

Work closely with local marketing managers

Plan, coordinate, and align digital actions with local teams

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines while allowing local flexibility

5. Digital Advertising & Performance

Define the multi-country digital media strategy

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Track key KPIs: awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, etc.

Ensure ROI and performance of digital investments

6. Reporting & Executive Communication

Prepare detailed monthly reports for the Marketing Manager, Sales Management, and General Management

Present results, analyses, and recommendations

Monitor overall and country-specific performance

Propose optimization plans and strategic improvements

7. Digital Monitoring & Innovation

Maintain continuous monitoring of digital, social, and cosmetic trends

Identify relevant innovations for the brand

Anticipate platform developments and consumer behavior changes

Proactively propose new digital growth levers



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years) in Digital Marketing, Communication, or equivalent

Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing

Proven experience within an international company or communication agency

Experience in the cosmetics industry is highly valued

Strong experience in team management and complex project leadership

High level of autonomy and independence
