1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and contracting projects
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations to clients
2. Tendering & Project Acquisition
  • Monitor and evaluate upcoming tenders and project opportunities
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender submissions
  • Review project requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients
3. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for potential and existing clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
4. Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and positioning
  • Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion
5. Strategic Planning
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and market positioning
  • Identify new markets, sectors, and partnerships
  • Support diversification into new services or geographical areas
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with:
  • Estimation team
  • Engineering and project teams
  • Finance and procurement
  • Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to execution teams
7. Reporting
  • Prepare regular business development reports
  • Track pipeline, opportunities, and conversion rates
  • Report on sales targets and performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extensive experience as Business Development with at least 3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Previous employment in large companies within the contracting sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong administrative, managerial, and personal competencies suitable for this role.
  • Preference for Native Arabic Speaking.
  • Proficiency in English
